A 60 minute individual session tailored to meet your goals and needs. Topics taught include: meditating, affirmations, Morning Pages, and stress management practices. Each session ends with a 10 minute guided meditation. Sessions are held in person.
A 90 minute individual meditation focused on releasing negative emotions, toxic thinking, and evaluating your belief systems. Each session leads to a renewal of the mind, body, and spirit. Sessions can be held in person or over the phone.
